Job Description

Deliver accurate and timely monthly HR dashboards and annual reporting
Partner with Global HR COEs to develop tailored analytics and reporting solutions
Drive automation and innovation in data management and reporting
Support global and local HR teams in data interpretation and analytics capability building
Lead end-to-end analytics projects: from data exploration to insight delivery
3+ years of experience in HR/People Analytics
Strong skills in Power BI (developer level) and Excel
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive actionable insights
Experience with Workday, Alteryx, or similar HR platforms is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
