      Specific Position:

      Individual with ultimate accountability for managing Global Human Resources Records Management program and related activities. Responsible for adherence to Global Records Management (GRM) Policy, Standards, Retention Schedule, and Procedures. Partners with Data Steward Executive (DSE) to drive adoption of GRM requirements and escalation of non-adoption. Advocate with GHR Senior Leadership for records management adherence, strategy, and initiatives. Manages execution of Global Records Management standards and control practices. Identifies gaps in adherence and immediately escalates. Works with appropriate partners to develop plans to close gaps. Monitors key performance indicators and internal controls.

      Required Experiences/Skills:

      • Accountable for oversight of Global Human Resource’s adherence to GRM Policy and Standards.

      • Participating in and executing, as appropriate, QA activities supporting this Policy and associated Standards.

      • Driving consistent identification and timely remediation of data-related incidents, through the Data Incident Management Process, partnering with Process Owners and other key stakeholders across the enterprise including downstream data users and upstream data providers as applicable; escalate potential systemic issues or concerns to EDSGO.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills (ability to query for data extraction, mining, and manipulation).

      • Proven consulting skills, with demonstrated ability to influence business partners, drive consensus across multiple stakeholders and gain buy-in for recommendations.

      • Ability to identify risk by asking the right questions, developing a comprehensive understanding of business issues and priorities and using his or her expertise to analyze/diagnose problems and give recommendations.

      • Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, including ability to articulate recommendations and results at a level that resonates across many different audiences.

      • Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed and results oriented.

      • Excellent team collaborator in addition to being able to work independently.

      • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, facilitation, leadership, influence, teamwork and collaboration.

      • Bachelor Degree required or equivalent experience.

      Desired Experiences/Skills:

      • Commitment to continued learning of HR tools, functional areas, and processes.

      • Financial service industry experience.
