      Office Manager and HR Specialist - Espoo

      We are looking for Office Manager and HR Specialist to join our Huhtamäki Espoo office and team.

      Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

      • Ensuring our Espoo office is a "great physical place to work in"

      • Main point of contact in facility related matters; providing solutions, facilitating and influencing self-oriented ways of functioning at the office.

      • Managing suppliers and ensuring proper day-to-day maintenance and coordination of office services with good quality results.

      • Arranging and coordinating meetings and events, hosted at Espoo office and providing other administrative services when needed.

      • Acting as main point of contact for post, currier, parcels deliveries and services, magazine subscriptions

      • Leading projects such as the summer trainee program

      • Overseeing HR administration and serving as the primary HR contact for headquarters employees

      • Responsible of managing payroll, benefits and employee onboarding/departure process

      To succeed in this role you are/have:

      • Customer, results orientated and systematic

      • Proactive, can drive multiple tasks in a cross-cultural environment

      • Precise with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

      • Equipped with good interpersonal skills, solution-oriented and self-motivated

      • Enjoy working independently and taking responsibility, knowing how to work as part of a team

      • As our ideal candidate, you have:

      • Preferably over 5 years of relevant work experience

      • Excellent communications skills, written and spoken English and Finnish language needed

      • Demonstrated proficiency and interest using MS Office and HR tools

      • Relevant educational background e.g. Bachelor’s or Commercial degree
