- Perform HR Global transactional tasks by management of employee data through the SuccessFactors HR system
- Ensure accuracy of Global HR data processing
- Manage customer inquiries through the Alight hrX ticketing system
- Assist employees with inquiries involving Human Resources program, policies, procedures, and functions, such as benefits, payroll related inputs, unemployment, leave of absence
- Provide payroll support for Sweden in the outsourced payroll model
- Working with continuous improvement through shared knowledge, focus on automation and lessons learned

We currently have an opportunity for a HR Associate and Payroll Analysts to join our Global Payroll team in Västerås Sweden. In this role you will work closely with our Krakow Global Shared Services (GSS) Center.
The Human Resource Associate and Payroll Analyst is a global role that will provide support to the Global Payroll team but also support payroll for Sweden in the outsourced payroll model with a focus on the following tasks:
In addition to your daily tasks, you will also interact with the local HR operations team and collaborate on a daily bases.
The role is placed in Västerås with the option to work remotely.
Qualifications
To be a good match for this role, we believe that you have t hree to five years of experience working in a human resource-related environment handling Swedish payroll. E2E processing of Swedish payroll and a good understanding of Swedish labor law.
Finnish payroll experience is an additional asset and a Bachelor’s degree in business, economy or related HR/payroll studies and prior experience working in a shared service environment would be nice to have.
Experience with data maintenance and reporting functionality in the following software systems is preferred: SuccessFactors, SAP
Understanding of payroll terms, procedures, experience with process documentation
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, Match, etc)
As a person you are detail oriented and comfortable with portraying a questioning attitude.
You have an ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion on all matters.
Demonstrated proficiency in innovative computer applications and individual/team problem solving skills.
Good in communicating on al levels (both written and verbal).
Problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
Fluent in English and Swedish
Candidates who also have Finnish payroll experience are more than welcomed.
