      Your day as a HR Associate

      As an HR Associate at isolved, you will immerse yourself in a variety of exciting daily tasks. Your primary focus will be on supporting HR operations, including managing employee inquiries and assisting with onboarding processes. You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and foster a positive employee experience.

      Day-to-day, you will help maintain accurate employee records, assist in organizing training sessions, and contribute to talent acquisition efforts. Expect to be involved in responding to employee requests and promoting our core values through your interactions. Additionally, you will participate in projects that aim to improve HR processes and enhance the overall culture of performance within the organization.

      What we're looking for in a HR Associate

      Core Job Duties

      • Support the development of companywide organizational development programs affirming isolved's culture, vision and mission.
      • Adhere to programs and practices that will protect the interests of the organization, promote positive morale and provide positive and productive employer-employee relations.
      • Access and navigate electronic PHI and effectively navigate our cloud-based SaaS HCM solution, isolved.
      • Compile and maintain employee records
      • Support talent management activity from "hire to retire"
      • Conduct new hire and benefit orientation meetings and process enrollments for new employees
      • Compute wages and record data for use in payroll processing
      • Conduct new hire orientation and termination exit interviews.
      • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries including general benefits and policy questions.
      • Provide communications within the organization that promote employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale
      • Compile and maintain records for use in employee benefits administration
      • Produce and submit reports via HCM.
      • Support HR Management as requested.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      • Human resources administrative experience
      • HCM database entry and management experience
      • Extreme attention to detail
      • Exceptional organization and time management skills
      • Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs
      • Discretion when dealing with confidential information
      • Initiative and the desire to own problems from start to finish
      • 2+ years of HRIS or general human resources experience.
      • Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 3 years of related experience.
