  Over SodaStream:
  Bij SodaStream brengen we een revolutie teweeg in de drankenindustrie, waardoor mensen thuis kunnen genieten van het maken van sprankelende drankjes en tegelijkertijd de wereld kunnen redden van single use plastic. SodaStream werd in 2018 door PepsiCo overgenomen met als doel de krachten te bundelen en meer consumenten over de hele wereld een gezonder en milieuvriendelijker alternatief voor bruisend water en dranken te bieden. Vanuit het Netherlands Logistic Centre in Tilburg (NLC) vullen en distribueren we CO2 cylinders en verpakken en distribueren we SodaStream-producten op de Europese markten.

  Wat wordt jouw rol binnen ons team?
  Bij ons ben je een van de twee HR-Adviseurs, je rapporteert aan de HR Business partner en samen met een HR stagiair zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor alle HR aspecten van de helft van de business. Het team wordt ondersteund door specialisten op het gebied van Training en HR-operations.
  Wat ga je doen?
  De functie van de HR-adviseur is vooral gericht op het ondersteunen van de groei van NLC. De HR-adviseur ondersteunt de HR-business partner door de dagelijkse HR-taken op zich te nemen. Je houdt je bezig met de volledige breedte van HR onderwerpen zoals het In-, door-, en uitstroom van medewerkers, onboarding, verzuimbegeleiding, L&D, uitzendkrachten, Events en payroll.
  Hierbij is de HR adviseur een belangrijke contactpersoon in het HR team voor medewerkers en Front-Line managers binnen de business unit. Jij draagt bij aan de groei van onze front-line managers. Je bent gepassioneerd en maakt echt contact met mensen, je bent regelmatig te vinden op de productie vloer en weet wat er speelt bij de medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
  Wat ga je doen als HR-professional bij SodaStream?
  • Je voert het HR-werkplan en wereldwijde HR-processen uit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij recruitment en adviseert het Front Line management.
  • Je organiseert toffe Employee Experience-events.
  • Je begeleidt langdurig zieke medewerkers richting herstel en werkt nauw samen met de Arbodienst.
  • Je regelt de instroom en uitstroom van uitzendkrachten voor de productie.
  • Je voert (delen van) het L&D-plan uit met focus op skills, talentbehoud en leiderschap.
  • Je leidt of ondersteunt diverse HR-projecten.
  • Je houdt de personeelsadministratie up-to-date en benut het systeem optimaal.
  
  Kwalificaties
  
  
  Wat we zoeken:
  • Goede up-to-date kennis van Nederlands arbeidsrecht
  • Affiniteit met Employee Experience en het organiseren van Bedrijfs Events.
  • HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur op het gebied van HR
  • Minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een adviserende HR rol (bij voorkeur in een internationale productieomgeving)
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, in productie en kantoor is de voertaal Engels.
  • Je bent energiek, communicatief, staat echt klaar voor je mensen en bent daadkrachtig
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler
  • Je beschikt over sterke interpersoonlijke en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Een positieve, can-do mentaliteit en oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en bent in staat om binnen deadlines te werken en houdt overzicht. Je hebt veel vrijheid om je werk in te delen.

  Your Role in Our Team
  As one of two HR Advisors, you’ll report to the HR Business Partner and work closely with an HR intern. Together, you’ll manage all HR aspects of our business. You’ll also be supported by specialists in our team.
  Your focus? Supporting the growth of our NLC by handling day-to-day HR responsibilities and being a trusted partner to our employees and Front Line managers.
  What You’ll Do as an HR Professional at SodaStream
  • Execute the HR work plan and global HR processes.
  • Support recruitment and advise Front Line management.
  • Organize engaging Employee Experience events.
  • Guide employees on long-term sick leave toward recovery, working closely with the occupational health service.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of temporary workers in production.
  • Implement parts of the L&D plan, focusing on skill development, talent retention.
  • Lead or support various HR projects.
  • Administration for example keeping personnel records up to date and use the HR system efficiently.
  You’ll be a key point of contact for employees and managers, regularly present on the production floor, building strong relationships and staying in tune with what’s happening on the ground.
