      Description

      Administer Leaves of Absences (FMLA, PDL, ADA, Intermittent, Personal); conducts New Hire Orientation; Handles suspension meetings/investigations; Manages separations by preparing paperwork, meeting with separating employee, and conducting exit interviews. Provides administration, explanation and interpretations of company benefit plans. Processes insurance enrollments, reconciles billings and acts as liaison with insurance carriers. Must be able to multi-task and manage a heavy workload to meet deadlines.

      Experience Required

      • Minimum one year of experience in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or similar roles.
      • Handling Leaves of Absences (LOA)
      • Complaint and investigative report writing
      • Strong communication skills
      • Detail oriented; strong attention to detail
      • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

      Preferred

      • Bilingual Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
