Valentino is looking for an HR Capabilities & Systems Intern based in Milan.

The resource will be included in the HR Capabilities & Systems department and will support the team in the digital adoption development within Valentino's HR Community worldwide, leveraging on the global HR Information Systems suite.

Main activities/responsibilities:

• Support local and regional HR & IT key users to address and deliver global projects.
• Ease the communication with external consultants to support the business as usual and application maintenance.
• Support in training with the aim to provide the right digital capabilities to the HR Community.
• Ensure HR systems evolution and consistency through reporting, data quality, and organisational structure management.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Engineering or Economics with interest in HR processes and data management.
• Fluent English required.
• Proficiency with Office365 package.
• Knowledge in HR processes and systems is preferred.
• Proactivity, flexibility, and good communication skills to support the HR community worldwide.
