What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Updating and maintaining Job Description Library for the employer
- Entering data into Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other systems
- Providing support in Performance Administration
- Assisting with audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in Information Systems
- Providing customer service to internal and external customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 Years of Experience Providing Administrative and System Support or Related Experience
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 Years of experience can be substituted for an Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Related Degree
