Our summer internship program isn’t just a summer job; we offer real world experience and opportunities to make an impact in a global organization.

The 2024 HR Intern will join our team of Human Resources Business Partners, Global Benefits, HR Operations, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Experience and get a view into the Human Resources department.

The kind of person that will thrive in this internship is someone looking to learn and gain insights into internal communications, employee relations and resources. You will also have the opportunity to partner closely with our ERGs (Employee Resource Groups).

Skills/Experience:

• Good communication skills

• Working knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and word

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Willingness to assist on administrative tasks

• Communications support

• Must be enrolled in college and working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field

• Must be committed to 40 hours a week

• Able to work virtually

• Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and presentation
