      Responsibilities:

      - Manage personnel file activity from beginning to end of the employee life cycle
      - Coordinate with Clinical and Operations teams to ensure compliance for clinicians
      - Assist with clinical onboarding and conduct personnel file audits
      - Identify areas of process improvement for HR compliance
      - Work closely with clinicians to achieve compliance and provide support

      Requirements:

      - Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
      - 1-2 years of HR experience
      - HR experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting highly desirable
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
      - Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
      - Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency

      Additional Information:

      - Expected base pay for this role will be between $58,000 and $68,000 per year
      - Total compensation package may include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits
