      What You’ll Do:
      The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for assisting and facilitating the human resource processes at Roth. This role provides support with all facets of the employee life cycle, from recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and separation. This role also provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

      What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
      • Prepare and manage new hire paperwork, coordinate orientations, and support employee exits including exit interviews and final documentation.
      • Assist and conduct candidate interviews alongside the hiring manager
      • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
      • Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries and assist in resolving employee issues or directing them to appropriate personnel.
      • Support benefits enrollment, answer employee questions about benefits, and help coordinate open enrollment activities.
      • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and assisting with audits and reporting.
      • Help organize employee engagement events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
      • Assist in the communication and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
      • Provide additional support in recruiting efforts as needed, including attending job fairs.
      • Maintain a system for tracking employee performance reviews and ensure managers are reminded of upcoming or overdue reviews to keep the process on schedule.
      • Participate as a member of the TurnPoint solutions team by assisting with support tickets, and attending weekly team meetings.
      • Attend all employee terminations to ensure HR presence, provide support during the process, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
      • Keep the HR team and supervisors informed of all employee-related matters including leaves of absence, workers’ compensation claims, terminations, workplace accidents, and other significant HR events in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Perform other related tasks as needed

      A bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field or relevant experience is required.
