      Position: HR Coordinator
      Reports to: HR Manager
      Location: Columbus, Ohio
      Salary Range: $25 - $32 per hour

      Superior is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department. This individual will play an essential role in various HR functions, including data entry, onboarding, and other department initiatives. This role is based at our headquarters office in Columbus, Ohio.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Maintain and update employee records for all team members
      • Perform heavy data entry to support field and HQ new hire onboarding processes
      • Help new employees become "Day 1" ready by helping drive HR onboarding action items for Field Operations team members
      • Assist with managing pre-employment checks, including background screenings and verifications
      • Assist team members with ADP self-service requests and troubleshooting
      • Help manage the HR inbox and respond promptly to team member requests

      Your Expertise

      • You have a minimum of 1-3 years of professional working experience
      • You've earned your degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      • Bonus points if you previously worked in an HR-related role
      • Bonus points if you're familiar with HCM systems
