      HR Coordinator Career Opportunity

      The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a HR Coordinator for our Human Resources Team within our Home Office located at 147 Commerce Drive in Winnipeg, MB .

      As an HR Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative and recruitment support across the Human Resources department.

      As the HR Coordinator you will:

      • Manage the HR Services Inbox.
      • Create terms and letters of employment.
      • Complete criminal background checks.
      • Manage job postings and weekly recruitment reports.
      • Assist with grading and pre-screening candidates.
      • Review and manage Predictive Index score data.
      • Draft HR-related company announcements, change of employment, employment verification and other various letters.
      • Assist and support to the HR team and participate in HR activities and projects as required.
      • Help maintain the integrity of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) by entering the required information.

      As a successful candidate you will have the following:

      • HRIS experience is considered an asset.
      • CHRP designation or working towards the designation is a strong asset.
      • Post-secondary education in human resource management.
      • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
      • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
      • Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Highly motivated with proven organizational, planning, time management and prioritizing skills.
      • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
      • Criminal Record Check required.
