What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform analysis on large sets of data, including employee compensation, metrics, and attrition/turnover
- Manage data-driven projects from start to finish
- Ensure integrity of employee data through regular audits and quality control measures
- Create dashboards and reports to provide metrics for effective HR management
- Provide analysis and recommendations for new positions, new hires, and retention situations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- At least three (3) years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with python, R, or other programming languages
- Knowledge of Service Contract Act (SCA) populations
