What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and manage HR databases and dashboards for real-time insights and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, data science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Seven years of experience in HR business intelligence or data analytics, including at least three years in data modeling
- Proficiency with Workday reporting tools (Workday Prism, Discovery Boards)
- Advanced knowledge of analytical concepts and statistical techniques
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with BI products such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with HR functions and HR technology
