What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, configure, test, and deliver accurate and timely Workday reports and dashboards to meet HR business needs
- Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday reporting and dashboard tools, providing insights and best practices
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions
- Provide training and support to end-users on effectively using Workday’s reporting and analytics features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience developing and managing Workday reports and dashboards
- Successful completion of Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields courses
- Strong understanding of Workday HR processes, metrics, and data structures
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Knowledge of Workday People Analytics and Workday PRISM
- Commitment to accuracy, detail, and continuous improvement
