      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics
      - Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
      - Extract, clean, and test data to ensure high-quality and reliable HR metrics
      - Present findings and recommendations using PowerPoint and other presentation tools
      - Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Analyst
      - Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques
      - Strong skills in PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
      - Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with database management and maintenance
      - Familiarity with HRIS applications, with Workday knowledge being a plus
      - Comfortable presenting in front of groups or teams
