      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Extract, clean, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
      - Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support decision-making for HR leadership
      - Implement process improvements within HR systems and workflows, utilizing tools like Smartsheet
      - Provide consultation and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making in HR program areas
      - Respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience related to HR data analytics
      - In-depth knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data reporting capabilities
      - Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings through visualizations
      - Exceptional communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data analysis and reporting in North Carolina's Integrated HR-Payroll System
      - Familiarity with Power BI and automation of workflows using Smartsheet
      - Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
      - Ability to integrate data from diverse sources and present information cohesively
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
