      About the role

      As HR Director, Corporate you will join a vibrant, ambitious team of HR professionals and will work closely with the several C-suite leaders to co-create and execute functional People plans that drive our business strategy. In this role, you will support the HRC&S, Finance, Legal and Strategy business areas, and will coach and challenge leaders to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture, embedding Pandora’s core values—Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver—in everything we do.

      What you will do

      As the HR Director, your key responsibilities will include:

      • Strategic Business Partnering: You will be part of a team of HR Directors partnering with the executive leaders and their teams to drive talent, succession planning, and development initiatives. Business partnering in Pandora has have a heavy focus on talent, succession and development but also covers and goes beyond to organisational development, operating models, ways of working, structure, costs, growth, sizing, and the overall people experience.

      • People Plans & Engagement: As part of the Global Office HR team, you are expected to be part of establishing and delivering a strong People and Sustainability plan for your Client group as well as driving initiatives to increase Employee Engagement and the Employee Experience within our Global Office.

      • Talent Authority: Advance the talent, succession, and development agenda across your functional area, enabling the leaders to develop talent and grow their teams, fuelling engagement and net promoter scores.

      • Operational Excellence: Maintain and achieve key KPIs on dashboard while running day to day HR. Be part of professionalising and creating a strong value adding HR team that deliver a consistent positive people experience and partner effectively with our Centre of Expertise colleagues.

      • Annual HR Wheel Execution: Co-create and lead global people initiatives and solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

      What we’re looking for

You are a skilled communicator who can distil complexity into actionable insights, and you excel at building collaborative relationships across a diverse, global stakeholder network.

      Your profile

      • Proven success in an HR leadership role within a global, matrixed organization.

      • Demonstrated experience in business partnering, organizational design, and talent development.

      • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

      • Track record of translating business goals into actionable HR strategies.

      • Expertise in managing and driving change within HR functions.

      • Knowledge of Danish employment law is a plus but not required.
