      The position of Human Resources Generalist will be based out of our Carrollton, TX locations!

      Hybrid Schedule: After initial training, it will be hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.

      Employee’s level and pay will be dependent on their level of experience, knowledge, and capabilities.

      Summary

      The Human Resources Generalist will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success by providing professional HR support and guidance. Responsibilities include partnering closely with senior HR management to foster a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving the development of our most valuable asset – our people. This dynamic role encompasses a wide range of HR functions, making it a critical and rewarding opportunity for an HR professional.


      What You’ll Do

      • Provide support across multiple regions in the East Division
      • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance and counseling on employee relations issues
      • Identify and resolve workplace problems, enhancing manager and employee performance through effective coaching. Facilitate performance management initiatives, objective-setting and performance improvement plans
      • Interpret and apply HR policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and employment laws
      • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain compliance
      • Collaborate to lead special projects, including employee recognition program and performance review timely completions
      • Utilize data and analytics to assess the impact of HR programs and initiatives
      • Analyze trends, turnover rates, exit interviews, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
      • Manage HR projects, ensuring objectives are met within established timelines
      • Collaborate with the HR Director on strategic initiatives, such as employee engagement programs
      • Foster strong relationships with managers, employees, and other departments, promoting open communication and collaboration
      • Act as a liaison between different parts of the organization to drive HR-related initiatives
      • Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters
      • Continuously expand HR knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading industry publications, and networking with professionals
      • Other duties as assigned

      What You’ll Need

      • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
      • 2+ years of human resource experience
      • Experience in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
      • Proficiency in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, interviewing, and orientation
      • PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

      • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
      • Proficiency in HR software systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers, employees, and external partners
      • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
      • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
      • Attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
      • Adaptability and the capacity to work in a dynamic environment
      • A customer-focused mindset, as HR serves both employees and the organization
