- Provide Global support on HR processes for local management teams and employees making a sustainable impact in developing and leading best in class HR experience
- Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure effective use of the Danfoss Group HR processes
- Advise and support local management teams and individuals on all HR-Operations related issues.
- Provide professional HR support and guidance to managers while ensuring compliance with either relevant global-Regional-country HR Operations policies, and with legal matters
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, investigating issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure HR process are working effectively
- Deploy Change management activities
- Cooperate and coordinate with key HR team to ensure effective joint delivery of HR services to the assigned organization
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Strong knowledge of English Language (written & spoke)
- Educational Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +6 years of experience gained within moderately structured multinational environments, operating in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at the Danfoss facility in Castel San Pietro Terme, Italy.
You will play a vital role in supporting the overall HR function, implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing excellent HR services to our employees.
We expect you to work mainly from the office, with some smart-working flexibility.
