      The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment employee and labor relations, employment, employee records, performance management, recognition programs, HR compliance, learning management system coordination recognition, interactive process coordination and training and development.


      Requirements:

      Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Four or more years’ experience working in employee and or labor relations with emphasis on generalist functions. Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation and other specialized training preferred. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Effective oral and written communication along with excellent interpersonal, organizational and coaching skills. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
