- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in instructional design and training development.
Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning and instructor-led training programs.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). Talent Management Certification is preferred (CTMP, SHRM-CP, TMP, PHR, CPLP, HCS, CTML, WLPC). - Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile)
- Expertise in creating engaging and interactive e-learning content
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) video conferencing software, and eLearning authoring tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with SMEs, stakeholders, and learners
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work on several projects at once, and to plan and organize a wide variety of activities
- Ability to maintain professionalism and diplomacy at all times while interacting with the public and Aviation Authority management and employees
- Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning materials
- Familiarity with emerging trends in learning technology, such as gamification, mobile learning, and virtual reality

POSITION SUMMARY:
Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning experiences and educational programs for the Human Resources Department. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to ensure that training programs meet organizational needs and learning objectives, using a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies.
