Job Description
- Req#: R5358
- Creates and maintains accurate employee records in the employee file.
- Responds to employee inquiries, questions, and concerns.
- Supports organizational and development efforts for all employees.
- Assists in company- wide and CSR programs and events
- Assists in Performance Management Process, Rewards and Recognition Programs.
- Assists in the Internal Communications of the Company
- Facilitates employee trainings, orientation, surveys and reporting.
- Performs such other functions as maybe required.
Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
Can render at least 500 hours
Willing to work onsite in Paranaque
Willing to work from Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
