Job Description
- Req#: REF2487T
- Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration.
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks.
- Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt out processes, census data.
- Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage and audit
- Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally.
- Students that are finishing their degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Good organizational skills and tech savvy.
- Detail and process-oriented
- Interest in getting to know and participating in the development of the different processes and initiatives in the various HR areas.
- Advanced English skills.
- Willingness to learn and innovate, problem solving ability and proactivity.
- 6-month internship contract.
