We require a team player, with excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills. Your success will be built upon your CIPD qualification, or equivalent demonstrable knowledge around employment law and its application in relation to all aspects of HR related investigations.
Main duties of the job
As an HR Investigation Casework Advisor within a designated team, your role will be to carry out complex investigations across the range of employment relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and dignity at work. You will be required to draft formal reports, present facts at hearings where required and make recommendations around areas of learning where cases do not proceed to a formal hearing.
