What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate existing onboarding practices across divisions and regions to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement a scalable, standardized onboarding model that enhances the new hire experience
- Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to align onboarding with employee engagement and talent development goals
- Serve as a subject matter expert in onboarding and workforce strategy
- Design and facilitate trainings and resources to promote the adoption of onboarding practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or talent management
- Knowledge of assessing and designing onboarding programs for large, multi-site organizations
- Experience working with or within public sector or government organizations
- Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification
- Proven involvement in process improvement strategy and/or program implementation
- Familiarity with onboarding and engagement best practices aligned with organizational strategy
