What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and disseminate employee relations cases efficiently and in a timely manner
- Conduct interviews and interact with employees regarding employee relations matters
- Gather, summarize, and report on related cases through verbal and formal written communications
- Maintain HR systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee records
- Act as an escalation point for administrative queries and provide administrative support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Investigations
- Previous exposure to employee relations matters, including investigations and discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a union environment
- Familiarity with technology, systems, and data analytics
- Experience in practicing HR in a manufacturing, distribution, or sales environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands
- Strong critical thinking skills
