      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and disseminate employee relations cases efficiently and timely
      - Conduct interviews, analyze evidence, and provide recommendations regarding policy violations
      - Summarize and report on employee relations cases both verbally and in writing
      - Maintain HR systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee records
      - Act as an escalation point for administrative queries from employees and managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's preferred
      - Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Investigations, preferably in a union environment
      - Previous experience with employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary actions
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) and data entry skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with critical thinking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in practicing HR in a manufacturing, distribution, or sales environment
      - Familiarity with technology, systems, and data analytics
      - Ability to manage multiple competing demands effectively
      - Previous exposure to conducting interviews and transcribing information
      - Comfort with performing on-call duties as needed
