      Responsibilities

      Related is looking for a motivated, organized, data-focused HR professional to join our dynamic HR Operations team. As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving HR compliance, maintaining clean data, assisting our managers and employees, and supporting the overall HR department. This role is an in-office position at our NYC office. Primary Responsibilities include:

      • Execute daily HR data processing requests from managers, employees, and HR Business Partners.
      • Accurately maintain employee records and carry out HR data transactions, including on-boarding, off-boarding, employee personal and employment data updates, data audits, and mass data changes.
      • Provide prompt and courteous customer support via the HR ticketing system. Ensure employee and manager questions and requests are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Respond to Tier I HR (benefits, recruiting, L&D, etc.) inquiries from employees.
      • Support HR Business Partners, Payroll and Talent teams on operational workflow and HR matters.
      • Provide suggestions and/or recommendations for HR transaction process improvements.
      • Maintain employee data confidentiality at all times.
      • Support HRIS team in systems testing and validation as needed.
      • Assist with special projects as assigned.

      Compensation

      The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

      Anticipated base salary range: $28.85 - $33.65 hourly

      Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.


      Qualifications

      • 1+ years of relevant recruitment or human resources experience.
      • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
      • Must possess strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to work with a wide range of levels and management.
      • Proven ability to manage time and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
      • Keen attention to detail.
      • Ability to multi-task and shift direction easily.
      • Must be a team player and self-starter.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
