      HR Operations Manager (Payroll & Reward) – Beter Horen

      To support this growth, our Head of Human Resources, Stijn Mutsaers, is looking for an HR Operations Manager (Payroll & Reward), who will manage a team of 3 to 4 people based in our Utrecht office with the possibility to work remotely 40% of the time.

      Your tasks

      In close collaboration with the various divisions of the HR Department, Financial Controlling, IT and the HQ, the role aims to propose, design, optimize and manage the payroll, the compensation policy, the workforce management tools, the information systems and the HR processes.

      Analysis and management of the payroll and workforce

      - Support the yearly HC/FTE/Labor cost budgeting process

      - Guarantee smooth execution of monthly HC/FTE/Labor cost processes

      - Ensure the production of reports on all quantitative data relating to the management of the workforce, working hours, training and payroll, including the HR section of the extra-financial report

      - Confidence in dealing with workforce planning tools

      Personnel Administration and Payroll

      - Perform monthly labour cost and social security reconciliations along with Finance department

      - Oversee monthly payroll process ensuring people labour cost alignment with budget/forecast

      - Be the first PoC for HR-related operational challenges

      HRIS

      - Management of our HR information systems and related processes

      - Update of HR databases (Oracle-Visma)

      Compensation and Benefits

      - Responsible for all local compensation programs including assessment, design, development, implementation and communication of sales incentives, fixed and variable compensation.

      - Define and guide the implementation of new employee benefits offer dealing with external vendors.

      - Responsible for performing ongoing job evaluation analysis ensuring consistency in salary structures across all job functions

      - Evaluate the performance of compensation processes, analyze gaps and propose changes to existing systems

      Your profile

      • With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business School, you have at about 3-5 years of experience in similar positions
      • Fluency in English and Dutch
      • Local Labor law knowledge is preferential
      • Knowledge of Oracle would be a plus
