What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing workplace matters and escalating issues as needed
- Process and manage employee lifecycle changes within the HRIS to ensure accurate HR data management
- Conduct routine auditing of HRIS to maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with HR business partners and the People Team on various projects to enhance team resources
- Assist in developing HR policies that align with organizational goals and maintain compliance with record-keeping requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS systems preferred
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple complex operations processes
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Detailed knowledge of federal and state employment laws in a multi-state environment
