What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process all job changes, transfers, and new hires within the HRIS platform
- Ensure employment records and files are maintained according to federal, state, and company requirements
- Collaborate with Payroll and Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure accurate HRIS data changes
- Facilitate onboarding and compliance for new hires within the organization
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree; preferred emphasis in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- 1-3 years’ experience in a human resources position or relevant business experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organization and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- HRIS experience with systems such as SuccessFactors
- Integrity and honesty in performing all work and activities
