      We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR/Payroll Administrator to manage and support our human resources and payroll functions. This role is essential to ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and providing seamless support across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. The HR/Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal policies while serving as a key point of contact for employee-related inquiries.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Payroll Administration • Process and manage semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time. • Ensure proper calculations for wages, taxes, and deductions. • Maintain payroll records and support year-end tax reporting (e.g., W-2s, T4s). • Address employee payroll questions and work with finance on reporting.
      2. HR Support • Maintain employee records in HRIS and payroll systems. • Assist with recruitment tasks like job postings and interview scheduling. • Support performance reviews, training, and employee engagement activities. • Administer benefits enrollment and liaise with providers as needed.
      3. Onboarding & Offboarding • Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation, and system setup. • Process terminations, final pay, and exit interviews. • Ensure system access and benefits are added or removed appropriately.
      4. Compliance & Reporting • Ensure HR and payroll practices follow all legal requirements. • Prepare reports on payroll, employee data, and HR metrics. • Support audits and keep records organized and audit-ready. • Stay current on employment laws and recommend policy updates.

      Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
      • Strong knowledge of employment and payroll regulations.
      • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks Time, NetSuite).
      • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
      • Strong communication and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

      Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
