      What Will You Do?

      As an HR Payroll and Support Specialist you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing and entering of employee payroll, position, and benefit information into the HR System along with running Office and Sales payroll. We are looking for someone with a strong mathematical aptitude, is process-oriented, is a logical and sequential problem solver, and is very detail oriented.

      Responsibilities Include:

      • Perform employee transactions in the HR System (UKG Pro) that includes but is not limited to completing restructure set up, new hire entry, promotions, transfers, pay changes, performance review, time entry corrections, garnishments, COBRA entry, retirement entry, and termination processing.
      • Process non-intermittent leaves of absence by tracking FMLA time, calculating disability income benefits and related social security offsets, manually coding time and adjusting as employee's situation changes.
      • Responsible for multi-state payroll preparation, running payroll, and close/post payroll tasks for approximately 3000 employees.
      • Evaluate and resolve incorrect or unique pay issues.
      • Participate in implementation of department projects.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Minimum of 2 years' office-related work experience demonstrating ability to work with automated systems
      • Strong computer knowledge
      • An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personal information

      The HR Payroll & Support Specialist pay range is $26.90 - $36.30. Starting pay will be based on payroll experience.
