- Leads the development of objectives and project plans for leadership solutions, leveraging knowledge of business goals and strategies
- Routinely runs moderate to large scale projects. Able to take on projects and assignments with minimal or no direct supervision
- Provides consulting to clients on leadership development needs, applying knowledge of design principles
- Partners to create leadership development media, learning content, and activities
- Facilitates formal learning events and activities, utilizing the latest trends and innovations
- Analyzes and interprets data to draw conclusions to help drive leadership development solutions; includes analysis of ambiguous problems to recommend solutions
- Able to solve a range of moderate to high complexity problems; analyze possible solutions given experience
- Able to make decisions based in ambiguous situations, using experience, innovation, and judgment
- Build effective relationships within and across the team as well as with clients, making judgments and/or recommendations as appropriate. Uses expertise to coach less experienced teammates and employees to best serve the organization
- Develop internal client communications and branding; adapt communication techniques for audiences at multiple internal levels; markets new programs and initiatives
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong leadership skills, especially in leading and motivating cross-functional teams through change
- Strong critical and holistic problem-solving skills including the looking at the bigger picture, analyzing, asking questions, and resolving complex problems quickly and easily
- Ability to work as part of a team, communicate and foster collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization to maximize the achievement of business outcomes
- Strong facilitation skills; the ability to orchestrate interactive sessions using Mural to drive collective success outcomes
- Strong, executive-level communication skills (written and oral)
- Advanced in Microsoft Office suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project)
- Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
- Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and capability to perform in ambiguous situations

The Leadership Development Senior Consultant II is responsible for driving the Organizational Transformation strategy through a culture shift to ongoing feedback in the performance enablement cycle with goal setting, quarterly touchpoints, and year-end review process. You will be responsible for obtaining and building data and feedback to find solutions measuring feedback effectiveness of the performance management process. Opportunities to collaborate with business leaders within and outside of HR to deliver talent and performance products for internal customer needs will be critical while also managing a new enhanced technology platform the product be hosted.
A broad scope of leadership development initiatives to internal clients by applying professional judgment, influencing the work of others, providing authoritative advice, knowledge, experience and a broad perspective. The individual manages projects and program of critical importance and moderate complexity with minimal supervision. The Senior Consultant II may own tracks of work within a critical project or program from start to finish. Completes assignments of diverse scope and moderate complexity, implements new solutions, coordinates activities, and impacts project, team and department results.

Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00-$100,000 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
