      The team:

      We are the Performance and Rewards (P&R) experts and North American HR Partners count on us to help them through the related processes. Accenture employees get a year-over-year improved experience through our successful partnership with HR and our Centers of Excellence (CoEs)

      The role:

      Enable and support the P&R processes across all levels within Accenture

      Support and advise HR throughout the year on P&R-related processes (partnership with HR Leads, Service Delivery Leads (SDL) and Inclusion and Diversity Leads is expected)

      Timely maintain status as the subject matter expert on P&R Processes

      Proactively partner in the design of P&R processes/enablement and ensure they are implemented across North America

      Partner on the successful completion of all P&R activities

      Partner with reporting teams to provide seasonal or ad-hoc analysis to the specific supporting group/HR Lead/SDL

      Support off-cycle processes like OCAs

      Proactively manage issues and recommend corrective actions

      Support change management to enable program success

      Requirements:

      Fluent in English

      Performance/HR expertise

      Ability to work independently

      Comfort level with agile environments and communications across all management levels

      Capable of building networks

      Business acumen and experience with global collaboration

      Ability to understand business needs to strategically propose ideas

      Ability to train/coach others

      Advanced Excel skills

      Workday/Performance Tool experience is a nice to have
