Project Management Office for Global Marketing HR Job description Description Job title: Project Management Office (PMO) for HR – Global Marketing Reports to: Human Resources Vice President, Global Marketing Role mission The PMO for HR is a strategic and operational role created to support our Global Marketing people priorities. The person’s scope includes but is not limited to contributing to global HR projects, supporting & leading talent development programs & initiatives, workforce planning support, HR data management, GMK HR community animation and knowledge management. Main responsibilities Work closely with GMK HR VP on coordination of monthly hiring requests – manage cadence across GMK HR community, consolidate, provide ready to go approval requests for HRVP Manage monthly data quality updates for employee data – work with leaders to address changes of job codes, job titles, managers, departments etc. Perform quarterly check-ups with respective HRBP leads Provide regular lists of newcomers / employees for specific departments’ global Open Lines Lead Global Marketing HR Community: Manage the GMK HR Teams channel: maintain content, provide organizational updates Coordinate quarterly meetings on agenda & follow up Plan and coordinate GMK knowledge upskilling for HR community Lead Global Marketing Internship Program: Plan & review intern hiring, allocations, location, timings & quality of hires per geography & team Work with local HR & TA to coordinate recruitment campaigns in the hubs Assure & lead the program flow: GMK Onboarding, mentoring, agile Sprint Squad projects, coordinate a mid point assessment and review of the talents Plan & coordinate global community of interns: buddy network, monthly calls, Teams channel Work with local hub leaders to assure interns’ upskilling, development & progress Work with GMK Talent Manager, leaders, managers, hub leaders, TM & HR VP to drive interns’ employability in strategic capability areas & retain top talents Track NPS score of interns & managers Work with TM & sponsors to review program on annual basis & propose improvements Support Employee Engagement Index for GMK organization by working with department leads on One Voice initiatives and progress – employee workshops, action plans & trainings Support TM in leading Early Career Program: Manage community to increase engagement: My Rookie Moments, Community Talks (group mentoring) Help to coordinate new nomination cycles by 4 eyes pairing and feedback follow up Support to assign mentors for talents if applicable Coordinate training programs & progress by departments in collaboration with Marketing Skills Learning Leader – provide status updates, nudge for trainings completion (Boost 3, SE Essentials, Coursera, Biz Acumen development) Support any other strategic projects as required eg. workforce planning initiative etc. Skills and experience Skills Strong planning & project management skills Demonstrated capabilities in excel and powerpoint skills Result driven & details oriented Structured and discipline in approach to work Ability to communicate effectively (oral & written) Ability to influence, convince Experience in animating communities & talent programs preferred Collaborative with strong growth mindset Language requirements Level of language proficiency required 1. Highly proficient in oral and written English Education Level of education required (Mandatory schooling, Vocational education, Specialized school, Undergraduate, University degree, PhD) 1.
