- Provide leadership in project and program management.
- Serve as the Project lead/ writer/editor on key projects and initiatives.
- Develop, design and execute for various project and programs across the Human Resources department and organization wide
- Identify and execute other projects that will bring value & efficiency to the teams.
- Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Attend and participate in planning meetings with leaders from across the business and HR and provide project updates
- Understand and review metrics to demonstrate impact of program and monitor progress making adjustments as necessary
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and the calendar for assigned initiatives.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of programs, and track and report activity to plan milestones.
- Track expenditure to budget, and processes invoices & expenses claims.
- Create and maintain departmental reports
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- Develop and help refine presentations for a wide range of HR deliverables and functions
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- High level of personal initiative to achieve goals and objectives. Self-starter, requiring little to no supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapts to changes and manages competing demands.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written skills.
- Problem solver — individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
- Proficient in MSOffice, particularly Powerpoint and Excel.
- Experienced with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and Healthstream.
- Experienced with SharePoint & websites.
- Project planning expertise, including project management software.
- Dependable meetings scheduling, room booking, materials production.
- Discretion & judgment on confidential employee issues.
- Comfortable working with executives and their Executive Assistants.
- Prioritizing, planning, organizing— uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
- Detail orientation & quality control - accurate and thorough in monitoring work to ensure quality.
- Team player, willing to help others. Positive enthusiasm and energy.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will function as the HR, Project Manager with responsibility in providing leadership in project and program management. Maintain all appropriate project and program deliverables and responsibilities for a variety of projects and programs across Human Resources including.
This role is responsible for designing, refining and implementing innovative projects and programs. This role has a strategic and administrative function, and the individual must be able to wear both hats, pivot at a moment’s notice.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Associates Degree required with experience in HR. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of experience is needed in an office environment.
