HR Project Manager Remote Pay Rate: $50/hr - $53.57/hr Short term contract Notes: - This is an HR Project Manager. Very short term- only until the end of June and not likely to extend past that date.
- The manager is open to having someone work part-time OR full-time hours, but their availability should be listed at the top of the resume. (If PT, their working hours should be consistent each week).
- Seeking someone who can assist with coordinating team meetings/ pre-meetings, meeting notes, pre-meeting notes, etc.
- Seeking someone who has proficiency in PowerPoint to take a previous deck and alter it to fit different client needs with information already provided
Role Overview - The Project Manager for HR is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HR-related project according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning and Management - Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans, as necessary.
- Manage project presentations, update/tailor presentations to client specifications and provide final presentations to leadership.
2. Team Coordination - Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Facilitate team meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder Management - Identify and engage with key stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are met, and expectations are managed.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR, capabilities, and competency experience nice to have
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
