Job Description

- Coordinate and support activities throughout recruiting process including, but not limited to, conducting interviews and making hire decisions and/or recommendations to hiring managers and supervisors for the positions in the region.
- Support and/or coordinate employee events (recognition, fundraisers, volunteer programs, etc.) as needed.
- Institute programs and events that encourage high levels of employee engagement (i.e., engagement survey, focus groups, employee committees, etc.)
- Coordinate internships and/or trainee program
- Identify growth opportunities to ensure employee capabilities meet current and future standards.
- Help HR Manager manage the annual performance management process.
- Support activities for data integrity of all Human Resource systems and HR process for employees. (i.e., job posting system, learning management system, etc.).
- Coordinate and assist on activities with other managers, employees or vendors in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all national, regional and local laws and regulations.
- Assist on the employee relation issues and processes.
- Support Ethics investigations

This position primarily serves as an employee advocate and business partner by coordinating, facilitating and supporting programs to drive the HR Strategies and Company Initiatives. The HR Generalist provides support to the HR Manager, and HR Director in the execution of HR policies, processes and procedures. This position’s primary responsibility is the LATAM Corporate division in Brasil and South Cone.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent academic degree focused in Human Resources or business related field
Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources and Recruitment skills
English language: Advanced oral and written communication.
Spanish language: intermediate oral and written communication.
