Job Description
- Req#: HRREP001850
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associates Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- Minimum one year clerical/administrative experience in a similar sized organization (required)
- Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be familiar with Ultipro HRIS program
- Previous Human Resources experience is preferred
- Must have good manual and finger dexterity
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to stand, push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
The HR Representative (Front Desk) is responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls, greeting employees and vendors as they enter the HR office, maintaining HR files, and assisting the HR department by providing administrative support to all divisions. Responsible for maintaining high levels of confidentiality. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIB license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
