Job Description
- Req#: 14686
- HR KPI Management: Monitor, track, and analyze HR KPIs to provide insights into employee performance, engagement, turnover, and other key metrics. Propose recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics. Ensure data accuracy and timelines in all reporting activities.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Present findings to HR leadership and recommend actionable insights.
- Project Support: Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various projects, including process improvement initiatives, HR system upgrades, and employee experience enhancements.
- BAU Processes: Manage and support daily HR operational processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and optimizing HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and streamlining workflows.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through automation, improved reporting, and data accuracy.

Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a requirement. Any other Language would be considered as an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in HR operations, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within an international context, would be considered as advantage.

Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. SAP).

Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualisation).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Changes to high integrity and ethics while dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information.
