What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first point of contact support for HR administration and transactions
- Record and manage customer inquiries and requests using case management tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma is required
- Two years of customer service experience
- Proficient in general word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Proficient in use of HR systems and call center technology tools
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Applicable human resources service delivery experience
- Project Management or Account Management experience
