      Job summary

      The opportunity We are recruiting for a permanent team member within our HR Services and Payroll Team on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week.

      Main duties of the job

      You will have a payroll background and ideally experience in using ESR HR/Payroll software with HR or Payroll administration experience. As well as excellent attention to detail, a high level of numeracy, and organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, with excellent time management. You must be able to effectively prioritise your work to ensure payroll deadlines are met and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills are also required to support our internal managers, colleagues, and the wider HR team. Working within a small, friendly and supportive team, you will be making contractual changes and answering queries relating to a variety of areas such as pay, annual leave, pensions, and absence. Strong collaboration skills are required to work closely with colleagues and our third-party payroll provider. High accuracy and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.

      • Handling payroll queries through our ticketing system in a timely and efficient manner
      • Liaising with our third-party payroll provider to resolve payroll-related queries
      • Accurately entering and updating data in our HR/payroll system, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
      • Sending confidential documents and correspondence to internal stakeholders with discretion and professionalism
      • Delivering a high standard of customer service in all interactions
