      Job Summary

      The HR Shared Services Representative I, within the HR Shared Services Team, responds to employee and manager inquiries for HR related matters, provides support for employee self-service tools, and provides accurate information about policies, processes, and programs to resolve employee inquiries and matters on a timely basis, while delivering exceptional customer service. This position provides day to day administrative support to the HR Business Partners. Works closely with other internal stakeholders and outside vendor contacts.

      Experience

      • Two years office experience in fast-paced setting, including independent decision-making, critical thinking, high level of customer service and attention to detail, required.
      • Human Resources experience preferred.
      • Experience using an automated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.

      Education

      • Associate degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

      License & Certifications

      • Certification in CCP, CEBS, SHRM or HRCI, Project Management or Six Sigma, preferred

      • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Visio – with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed
      • Administrative skills: Answer telephones, compile statistics, interview others, maintain filing system, maintain logs.

      Schedule:

      • Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p
