  Job Description:

  This position assists caregivers with specific inquiries and processes specialty team transactions. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving caregiver requests.

  Work Schedule: Part-Time, 30 hours/week; Monday - Friday, standard business hours; No Holidays/No Weekends

  Please note, this is a hybrid position. Mondays at Employee Services Center in Murray, UT; Tuesday-Fridays can be remote.

  This position works within enterprise HR systems to manage information and processes. It partners with aligned Networks of Expertise and Business Partners.

  Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated progressive experience in a Human Resources, healthcare or other customer service role.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer and enterprise software including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and calendaring.

  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated skills in skills in collaboration, diplomacy and discretion.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated work experience in human resources, learning, client relations, project management, or continuous improvement.

  • A working knowledge of the healthcare industry, roles, and terminology.

  Physical Requirements:

  • Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear

  • Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, including manipulating paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.

  • See and read computer monitors and documents.

  • Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.

  The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  $21.65 - $32.99
