      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers via calls, emails, and other communication methods
      - Update and maintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) accurately and confidentially
      - Provide assistance on HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits enrollment
      - Investigate and resolve HR-related issues such as payroll discrepancies and benefits inquiries
      - Maintain organized documentation of employee inquiries and resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
      - 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience required
      - Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures is beneficial
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS or similar systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-1 year of Human Resources experience preferred
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
