      Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a viEval Systems Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Systems and Analytics, the HR Systems Analyst coordinates and manages the Firm's human resource information systems to ensure end user productivity and efficiency.

      The viEval Systems Analyst analyzes the business needs of the Human Resources function and provides recommendations for the use of technology in supporting those needs (from the suite of firm applications). Activities include human resource systems analysis, system configuration, administration, report development, process re-engineering, testing, and training. This role serves as a liaison between the Firm IT department and HR end users.

      Morgan Lewis supports flexible working arrangements. This position can be based in Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Washington DC, or Orange County with a hybrid schedule.

      Key responsibilities include:

      1. Business Needs Support/Process Re-engineering
        • Consult with HR teams to evaluate their needs and recommend technology solutions.
        • Analyze business needs and recommend appropriate applications.
        • Conduct workflow analysis.
        • Identify and implement business system process improvements.
        • Provide best practice recommendations based on firm processes and technology.
        • Conduct process design, gap analysis, and system configuration.
        • Manage projects for HRIS initiatives.
      2. System Analysis/Management
        • Configure and support the performance evaluation system (viEval).
        • Evaluate system functionality and recommend solutions.
        • Collaborate with IT on technology enhancements and integrations.
        • Develop test plans, oversee testing, and support user acceptance and training.
        • Create user procedures and documentation.
        • Assist with software upgrades.
      3. System Support
        • Support the HR performance management system (viEval), troubleshoot issues, and liaise with IT.
        • Assist end-users and provide training.
      4. Administration/Report Development
        • Support and administer the evaluation application.
        • Design and deliver complex reports using available tools and techniques.

      Experience and qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
      • Minimum 5 years of HRIS and viEval experience in a professional services environment.
      • Experience with Aderant viDesktop or viEval is required.
      • Workday HCM experience is preferred.
      • Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, iManage, Adobe Reader, Visio, and MS Project.
      • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
      • Ability to work independently and in teams, with a strong analytical mindset.
